Zach has led communications and outreach efforts for large-scale infrastructure developments, including the reconstruction of Puerto Rico’s energy grid, where he oversaw efforts to highlight grid improvements while also supporting emergency operations during multiple hurricanes and critical events. In California, he has extensively supported energy development projects, wildfire communications, regulatory initiatives, transportation infrastructure projects and land-use entitlements ensuring clear, proactive engagement that connects communities with decision-makers.
