Sarah Rossetto is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Bodewell Group (formerly Southwest Strategies Group), supporting water districts and public agencies across the nation on high-profile infrastructure communications. She works on large-scale, multi-year water infrastructure programs and capital improvement projects that require robust community outreach to build long-term relationships between public agencies and their stakeholders. Sarah also leads the agency’s water practice with a passion for professional development, industry involvement and client service.
Sarah has successfully led program communications and outreach for more than $2 billion in construction projects, as well as many projects through engineering, design and permitting. She also has extensive experience planning and implementing public involvement for environmental review processes and rate setting processes. Sarah advanced with Katz & Associates for nearly 15 years before the firm was acquired by Bodewell Group in 2023.
Sarah is active in the American Water Works Association California-Nevada Section, the WateReuse Association and the Association of Women in Water, Energy and the Environment, and she volunteers with Water For People in her free time. Sarah holds her BA from the School of Journalism and Media Studies at San Diego State University with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in marketing.
