With more than 20 years of hands on experience in accounting and finance world, Malle Vaddi serves as Chief Financial Officer, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, Malle oversees financial modeling, reporting, and performance metrics. She regularly reports to the Board, providing clear insights that support strategic decision-making and governance.
Since joining the agency three years ago, Malle has been actively involved in four acquisitions, post-merger integration, and has successfully implemented a new ERP system. She has led the financial evaluation and integration of acquired businesses, aligned financial systems and processes across organizations, and overseen the implementation of accounting and business platforms to enhance transparency, efficiency, and control. Her strategic approach helps ensure that financial infrastructure evolves in step with business growth.
Malle’s background spans the manufacturing, technology, electronic tolling, distribution, and hospitality industries. She holds a BS in Accounting from Osmania University in India and has built her career in California after immigrating to the U.S. more than two decades ago. Throughout her accounting career, Malle has worked with a wide array of organizations, varying in size, industry and service. She has led sell and buy-side due diligence processes for finance and accounting, has built and scaled high-performing finance teams and is heavily involved in investor and Board relations.
As an Indian immigrant, Malle brings a global perspective and deep appreciation for community and opportunity. She is actively involved in local and professional community initiatives and is passionate about mentorship, inclusion, and giving back.
