Katie Roeder serves as Chief People Officer, where she leads the strategy, vision, and execution of the human resources, IT and administrative functions. In her role, Katie focuses on fostering a strong company culture and sustainable growth through competitive benefits programs, employee engagement initiatives, strategic hiring and retention and leading the Client Excellence professional development program. She is a trusted business partner to the executive team, providing strategic guidance to help the organization achieve its goals.
With more than 14 years of experience in human resources, Katie has held leadership roles across Fortune 500, small, and mid-sized organizations. Her career has included global work and multiple acquisitions, where she led HR due diligence and integration efforts. She has built and scaled HR functions that balance operational excellence with thoughtful, people-first employee experiences.
Katie earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University and later returned to her hometown of San Diego, where she received her MBA from the University of San Diego in 2021. She holds a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and is a Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner.
