Jesse is responsible for creating and implementing IT systems and processes, managing vendor relations and providing onsite support to ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
Prior to joining the agency, Jesse spent more than 25 years at Qualcomm as both an IT Engineer and IT Manager, where he led enterprise-wide technology projects and managed IT vendor partnerships. This extensive experience in enterprise IT equips him with a strong foundation in strategic planning, system optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
