Emily brings more than 15 years of experience working on outreach and communication for water, wastewater and infrastructure projects across California. As deputy of the agency’s water practice, and as the Bay Area lead, Emily has extensive experience with strategic planning, community outreach, public meeting coordination, construction relations, rates communication and tour and event planning. Her work is focused on ensuring consistent communication with targeted stakeholders and local groups to ensure accurate, consistent and understandable messaging.
Emily also has extensive experience working with contractors and CM teams before, during and after construction on many infrastructure projects. She works hard to ensure proactive and consistent communication with the stakeholders is standard with the goal of identifying and addressing issues as they arise and as quickly as possible.
