Cynthia helps a variety of clients to effectively communicate about energy, land and air quality issues, major infrastructure projects and state and federal regulations. A Central Valley native, Cynthia brings a deep understanding of the diverse makeup and unique challenges facing the San Joaquin Valley, including evolving energy and environmental policy. She develops and implements successful strategic outreach programs for clients by leveraging her experience in public affairs, social media, digital advocacy and community relations.
Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia held positions at Murach Books and the State Center Community College District, where she led targeted communications and outreach programs that helped to change behaviors and achieve target outcomes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and a minor in mass communication and journalism from California State University, Fresno. She is accredited in the ethical practice of public relations by the University Accreditation Board (UAB) and was selected as Professional of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America’s Central Valley Chapter in 2024.
