Avery supports public and private sector clients, applying her background in marketing and journalism to develop complex and innovative solutions for client challenges.
Prior to joining the agency, Avery held positions in journalism as a staff reporter for Central Valley newspapers, The Rampage and The Collegian, where she worked on a variety of controversial stories. She was honored with the Eli Setencich Journalism Scholarship for her work in the field.
Most recently, she was a Marketing and Communications Intern for the Girl Scouts of Central California South where she assisted in graphic design, outreach and social media. She earned a BA in public relations from California State University, Fresno and an AA from Fresno City College.
