Cameron is a public affairs and communications professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic messaging and regional policy initiatives across California’s Central Valley. He specializes in developing and executing outreach strategies that foster collaboration between government agencies, business leaders and community organizations to drive meaningful impact.
Prior to joining the agency, Cameron served as Central California Regional Coordinator of External Affairs in Governor Gavin Newsom’s administration, overseeing stakeholder relations across 14 counties. In this role, he facilitated partnerships with local elected officials, business leaders, NGOs and state agencies, advancing key state initiatives in clean energy, housing expansion, behavioral health access and workforce development.
