Prior to joining the agency, Krist’l dedicated more than 27 years to providing executive-level support across government, public and private sectors, including a distinguished career as a military civil servant. Her previous roles span from serving top-ranking officials at U.S. Space Command, U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force, to senior leadership in consulting and federal agencies. She is recognized for her exceptional organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
